Made Just for You
Every LUV PDX item is printed after you place your order. This allows us to produce merchandise on demand and avoid excess inventory. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, followed by normal shipping time.
Choosing the Right Size
Each product page includes a sizing chart to help you find the best fit. Because all LUV PDX items are printed to order, we are generally unable to offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
We recommend checking the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped by one of Printify’s fulfillment partners.
Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:
United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production
International orders: may take longer depending on destination and customs processing
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships whenever available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, reshipping costs may apply.
Order Tracking & Delivery Questions
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information when available.
You can use the tracking link provided in that email to follow your package as it moves through the carrier’s system.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Checking with other members of your household
Looking around the delivery location
Contacting the shipping carrier for additional information

Customs, Duties, and International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Because customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing an order.
LUV PDX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or duties and returned to the sender, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs required to reship the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are printed to order, we strongly recommend reviewing the sizing chart included with each product before purchasing. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with our production partner to make it right. Please note that minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
To process claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we require clear photos showing the issue. These photos are necessary for us to verify the problem and submit a claim with our production partner. Claims submitted without photo documentation may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Color & Print Variation Disclaimer
Because our products are printed to order, slight variations may occur in print placement, color, and overall appearance.
Colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, fabric texture, and the printing process.
Minor variations in print placement or color are a normal part of custom production and are not considered defects or grounds for replacement or refund.
Product Mockup Disclaimer
Product images shown on our website are digital mockups intended to illustrate the design and placement of artwork on the product.
Because items are printed to order, the final product may vary slightly from the mockup images shown. Variations may occur in color, print placement, scale, or garment texture due to the printing process and differences in monitor displays.
Such variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Please note that once an order is shipped, delivery times are largely dependent on the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may be able to reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned by the shipping carrier, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Because items are produced on demand, we are unable to issue refunds for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
If you believe your shipping address may have been entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production, we will do our best to assist.
If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, additional production and shipping fees may apply.
Product Availability & Discontinuation
Because our products are produced on demand through third-party manufacturing partners, product availability may change without notice.
Occasionally, a garment style, color, or size may become unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer after an order has been placed. If this happens, we may contact you to offer a comparable substitute product or issue a refund.
LUV PDX is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier discontinuations or stock shortages. We appreciate your understanding that product availability may occasionally change due to supplier inventory and production factors beyond our control.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been submitted.
